"General Hospital" fans are known for their sharp eyes and even sharper memories, so when a beloved character's face suddenly changes, you know the rumour mill is about to go into overdrive. That's precisely what happened this week when actress Lindsay Hartley stepped into the role of Sam McCall, temporarily replacing longtime "GH" star, Kelly Monaco.
This isn't Hartley's first rodeo in Port Charles. The "Days of Our Lives" alumna has stepped into the role of Sam on three previous occasions, filling in for Monaco during brief absences.
