Shawarma is a common street food in Arab countries, the first time I tried it was in Turkey, spiced marinated chicken or beef roasted and fragrant, spread with sauce, rolled in a pancake, delicious!! Although I know that the materials used for this kind of niche things are not very daily, but it really feels delicious and is worth.

ingredients
2 pieces chicken breast
chicken marinade
2 TBSP Greek yogurt, 3 cloves garlic (mashed), 1 TBSP cumin powder, 1 TBSP cinnamon powder, 1 TBSP turmeric powder, 1 TBSP coriander powder, 2 TBSP Paprika powder, 1 TBSP Sumac powder (save), 2 TBSP lemon juice, salt and olive oil to taste.
method
1、 Slice the chicken breast in half and prick holes to help taste
2、Mix all the marinated chicken ingredients. Spread over the breast. Refrigerate and marinate overnight
3、Cook the chicken breast for 3-5 minutes on each side, depending on the thickness of the breast
4、remove from pot, wake 3 minutes, cut and serve immediately

Yogurt and green Melon Sauce (Tzatziki)
150g Greek yoghurt, 1 fruit cucumber (diced), 1 garlic clove (pressed puree), 6 mint leaves (chopped), 1 teaspoon lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste, 1 teaspoon Tahini (save)

Three spoons of mayonnaise, two spoons of Racha

Prepare a flatbread with a spicy mayonnaise spread on top of your favourite vegetables, a chicken breast and two spoonfuls of the fabulous yogurt and melon sauce, roll it up and eat~
