In a dazzling display of skill and power, Fiji has once again proven its supremacy in rugby sevens at the Paris Olympics. After securing their first two Olympic gold medals in the sport since its introduction in 2016, Fiji showcased their unmatched talent with a commanding 38-12 victory over Team USA.

Team USA started strong with Orrin Bizer scoring an early try, putting them ahead 5-0.
However, Fiji quickly turned the tide, dominating with their superior speed, strength, and athleticism. Fiji's relentless pressure led to 38 unanswered points, leaving the Americans struggling to keep up. Perry Baker managed to score another try for the U.S. late in the second half, but the match was already beyond reach.

“Playing Fiji is an absolute nightmare because they are predictably unpredictable,” said Team USA coach Mike Friday.
“They are the kings of sevens, and as much as it was against us, it was beautiful to watch. They are like ballerinas, so graceful and agile.
