Jane Lynch, a Primetime Emmy and Golden Globe-winning actress, played a recurring, memorable character on the CBS hit sitcom "Two and a Half Men" from 2004 to 2014. Best known for her role as Sue Sylvester on "Glee," Lynch brought the same comedic prowess to her character as Linda Freeman, the therapist, on "Two and a Half Men."
She first appeared as a child therapist for Jake, played by Angus T. Jones. But as the series progressed, not only did she provide therapy for Jake, but also for the other main characters, Charlie and Alan, played by Charlie Sheen and Jon Cryer respectively.
On the surface, Lynch's character, Linda, was kind to Jake due to his young age. Yet, she dealt with Alan and Charlie in a distinctly sarcastic manner. She was infamous for overcharging for her sessions, once charging Charlie $200 for a five-minute session. She was a pivotal figure in the series, guiding Charlie, Alan, and Jake as they navigated their complex relationships.

Notably, when Charlie Sheen was fired from "Two and a Half Men" amidst a string of personal scandals and a public feud with Warner Bros., many wondered whether Lynch harbored any ill feelings towards him.
