Port Charles is a city where love and loss intertwine, and this week, the stakes are higher than ever as Laura Collins (Genie Francis) embarks on a desperate mission to save her daughter, Lulu Spencer.
The episode opens with Laura, devastated by the news that Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss) is not a liver transplant match for Lulu (last played by Emme Rylan), seeking help from the WSB.
“Laura’s always been a fighter,” one fan shared on social media. “She’s not going to give up on Lulu, no matter what."
However, obtaining the WSB's assistance won't be easy.
"This is going to be a real test of Laura’s strength,” another fan mused. "She's going to have to convince them to help, even if they’re reluctant."
Laura’s plea leads to a tense confrontation between Anna Devane (Finola Hughes) and Jack Brennan (Charles Mesure), the head of the WSB’s Port Charles division.
“Do you want to badger me, or do you want to save Lulu?” Brennan challenges Anna.
Despite Brennan’s initial resistance, it seems a glimmer of hope emerges.
