The country superstar, 39, stepped into the ring at WWE SummerSlam 2024 on Aug. 3, when he instantly won over the Cleveland Browns Stadium audience as he teamed up with wrestlers Miz and R-Truth to duke it out with Austin Theory and Grayson Waller.
Jelly Roll joined forces with the dynamic duo of The Miz and R-Truth, who make up the professional wrestling tag team Awesome Truth. Together, they faced off against the formidable tag team of Austin Theory and Grayson Walker, who decided it would be a good idea to start taunting the home crowd.
But little did they know, Jelly Roll was ready to release some serious chaos!
He made a surprise entrance that had the entire audience roaring. With a steel chair in hand, Jelly Roll entered the ring and delivered an epic smackdown to his opponents.The crowd then erupted as he executed a jaw-dropping chokeslam on Theory.Then, in a nod to wrestling legend John Cena, Jelly Roll, The Miz, and R-Truth all performed the iconic Five Knuckle Shuffle.
"Crazy — I lived a childhood dream tonight in the craziest way I’ve ever lived it," Jelly later wrote on X (formerly Twitter). "Wow. Man thank you @WWE for everything.
