David Boreanaz, widely known for his role as the elite soldier Jason Hayes in the military drama "SEAL Team," recently opened up about his life off-camera, sharing insights into his personal life and future plans. While Boreanaz's portrayal of a Navy SEAL has earned him praise from real-life military personnel for its authenticity, his off-screen experiences reflect the everyday challenges and joys of being a parent and a professional navigating the next stages of his career.

In a recent interview with PEOPLE, Boreanaz detailed a recent experience helping his son, Jaden, 22, move out of his apartment in New York City. "It was a test of patience!" he said with a laugh, describing the chaotic process. Although Jaden handled most of the packing and organizing for the new tenant, Boreanaz assisted from the sidelines. He humorously noted that, "Parenting is such a journey. It never ends, and it never gets easier!"
Jaden, who previously attended NYU, is taking a break from his studies to pursue his passions in art and music.
Boreanaz expressed pride in his son's decision to follow his creative dreams. "He's an artist and a musician, so he's staying true to his soul," Boreanaz explained.
