During an interview, Nicola Coughlan, who portrays Penelope, revealed that she and Luke Newton, the actor behind Colin, experienced a mishap while filming. Let's just say things got a tad embarrassing for the on-screen couple. Nicola and Luke were so engrossed in delivering a scene so authentic for the audience that they, at one point, quite literally lost their sense of direction. So deeply involved in their characters' charged moment, they completely disregarded the crew's call to cut. Yes, really.
