In a world divided by prejudice and struggles, Bonasa, a humble merchant known for his kindness to demi-humans, found himself in an unexpected predicament. While other merchants dismissed demi-humans, Bonasa saw them as equals, offering them money for their hard work. His compassion was rare in this world, but his own life was about to take a dramatic turn.
A Sudden Transition
One day, as Bonasa was going about his usual business, his body started to glow, and before he could comprehend what was happening, he was transported to a new world.
Here, he encountered a cardinal who explained that he had been summoned as a potential hero to combat a dark army threatening the realm. The cardinal assured Bonasa that he could receive divine abilities, but when Bonasa touched the orb meant to test his powers, it only revealed him to have the stats of an ordinary man. The summoning appeared to be a failure, and Bonasa was left feeling bewildered and abandoned.
The cardinal, despite his initial confusion, decided to inform Bonasa that he would be sent to live in the northern forest as a mistake of their summoning process.
