Hold onto your IV drips, General Hospital fans, because the drama in Port Charles is nothing compared to the real-life turmoil brewing behind the scenes. Nancy Lee Grahn, who plays the outspoken Alexis Davis on the iconic soap opera, has found herself in hot water with viewers – and her job might be on the line.

Grahn’s transgression? Speaking her mind.
From Twitter Rants to On-Set Tension
It all started with Grahn's vocal stance on various hot-button issues, particularly those related to the COVID-19 pandemic.
When former General Hospital star Steve Burton was fired for refusing to comply with the show's vaccine mandate, Grahn didn't hold back her disapproval.
"People could die because he won't get vaccinated!" she allegedly exclaimed during an on-set argument, leaving some cast and crew members feeling like they were stuck in an episode of The View.
This wasn’t Grahn’s first foray into controversy. After the death of actor John Callahan, who played Edmund Grey on the show, Grahn publicly accused him of sexual harassment, sparking outrage from fans who felt she was disrespecting the deceased.
"Get Her Off My Screen!" Fans Demand Grahn's Dismissal
