Jensen Ackles, known for his action-packed roles and devilishly handsome looks, recently sat down with Men's Health to reveal the secrets behind his balanced approach to food and fitness.

“I’m not a strict diet person,” Ackles confesses, leaning back with a disarming grin. He's the epitome of casual cool, dressed in a simple t-shirt and jeans. “Unless I’m specifically prepping for a role, I try to keep things balanced.

That balance, he admits, can be a challenge with three young children at home. "It's hard not to become the garbage disposal," he laughs. "Chicken fingers, sliders… that stuff tends to find its way under my plate eventually."
Fans can relate: even superheroes contend with the tempting allure of their kids' leftovers.
Ackles' commitment to fitness, however, shines through when preparing for demanding roles like his character, Soldier Boy, in the hit series The Boys.
"I went on a cleaner diet," he explains. “Instead of burgers and fries, I focused on grilled fish and chicken, steamed veggies, and rice.”
