It was an audition that would change their lives forever, but when Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki first crossed paths, it felt more like a scene from a quirky indie movie than the start of a pop culture phenomenon.
Picture this: two young actors, both with dreams bigger than Texas (where they both happened to be from), arrive at a seemingly deserted audition space, wondering if they'd gotten the date or the address wrong.
