Could it be? Are we headed back to the world of demon-hunting, classic rock, and brotherly love? Jared Padalecki, who played Sam Winchester for 15 seasons on Supernatural, recently teased the possibility of a revival – but only under one very important condition.

During an interview with Collider, Padalecki expressed his willingness to reprise his role as Sam, but stressed that any revival would have to be done right.
No rushed production schedules or half-hearted storylines allowed.
“Jensen [Ackles] and I feel so strongly about our show that we had for 15 years together that we don’t wanna just do it, just to do it,” Padalecki explained. “If and when Supernatural comes back, it’s going to be a labor of love, and we’re gonna put every hour in to make sure that it’s as true to the canon and to the fandom and to the story and to the characters as possible."
In other words, the fans deserve a revival that honors the legacy of Supernatural – and so do Sam and Dean Winchester.
The biggest hurdle for a revival is the Supernatural series finale, which saw Dean die during a vampire hunt and Sam living out his days before reuniting with his brother in Heaven.
